Please use the original packing or other packing material to protect against damage during transit and return by USPS with tracking number or UPS. A full refund of product cost will be issued if the items are returned, intact with all parts, in salable condition. A partial refund will be issued if the items arrive broken, with parts missing or not in salable condition. Allow 30 days for processing refund to charge card or return check.

OUR WARRANTY

We use the most durable materials possible, but if by any chance a CD or tape has a manufacturing defect, simply return it to us if purchased online, or return to place of purchase, with a short note describing the defect, and we'll replace it for you. A manufacturing defect will be apparent within the first few months of purchase. The warranty does not cover defects that occur later on from the wear and tear of normal use.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Once you have purchased a title in any format, you can purchase it again on CD at a $20 discount. If your entire order is replacements, use the Code below and place it in the Coupon Code Box of the Order Confirmation section during the Checkout process. Or simply tell us in the Comments Box when you are checking out which titles are replacements. (Then the order total will not show the discount, but the order will be processed with the discount and will be reflected in the confirmation email for the order.)
