I decided to test the weight loss program. All you have to do is listen once a day, every day, while continuing to do the things you usually do. That's all you have to do. That's it. You don't even need to sit and listen. What you will be hearing is a mountain stream with occasional wildlife sounds like you hear in a forest. Peaceful. Relaxing.

I listened while I worked. Sometimes I'd remember to play it; sometimes I didn't. In fact I listened so seldom I forgot I was listening. Still the results were astonishing. While grocery shopping there was nothing I wanted. The astonishment was ending up in the produce section where everything looked good, and this is coming from a meat and potatoes person.
