This program is co-created with Dr. Robert D. Doerr, a California psychophysiologist and Director of the Alameda Peak Performance Center. It is based on his ten year research of peak performers in such areas of required excellence as athletics, the arts and business. It suggests such ideas as, "I am purposeful and receptive; I am finely focused; my goal-reaching is an adventure; I am calm and confident; humor is my ally as I reach my goal." All Alphasonics programs are entirely positive and carry the underlying themes of inner calm and self esteem.
